I’ve been feeling broken when it comes to art. Actually I’m just feeling broken in general, but I realize a lot of this has to do with the winter. I’m like a lizard; I need a certain amount of sun and heat to function properly.
There are fragmented ideas floating around my head, but they are not bumping and crashing into each other to workable conclusions. Instead they just grind and flake; creating more dust to block out my creative light.

This past Saturday, I had a little show at Big Brother. I mean it when I say little since I only made a new comic, which was a lot of work by itself.
The show was nice and I’m thinking about getting a table at the Indy Euphoria con that’s happening in Sacramento in January. Probably share a table with Chris and maybe even Jim and Jon.
I’m thinking about bringing back the shirts since I have more money to actually pay for shirts and getting ink to print with. Although I am debating on just having them made for me so I don’t have to go through all the physical labor and frustration of doing them myself. How much is that worth to me? lol
So the new comic has not been uploaded to the site yet. I’m working on the back and front cover since I rushed those and I would rather having something a little more polished before I scan it. It should be up within the week. I like it and I don ‘t like it.

I, along with Christopher, Jim and a slew of other local comic artists, were in a cover story for the Sacramento News & Review.
It’s a pretty cool story covering the past and current scene. I even have a picture printed in the paper version and the online version shows a page of my comic. Chris was able to get a plug for our show this coming Second Saturday.
Now I need to create some comicky things for the show! One week to go!

I’ve been working on updating this website for that past few days.
I’m liking the new minimal design. It’s probably going to be a few more days before things are entirely done because I have to fix up all those gallery images and I can only do so many of those in a day.
